Nui mahalos Mansal, this is very helpful. Two more quickies and I will be good to go.
My reference to fasting was in light of your own fasting process and would like to know how you manage/use creatine or not when you fast and how you break your fast w or w/o creatine?
And my second and last question: I am 70+ and really like how my stack has developed (you have helped immensely with my process and progress). I am considering putting creatine in my morning coffee, any thoughts on that and/or doing creating sublingual? I sublingual most of my supplements and all of my noots and seem to have much better results that way and use significantly less to get good results too. I also get good results with specific supplements in coffee, especially herbals, maca, and amino acids.
Again, more nui mahalos for all you are doing for all us. I know I speak for a lot of people in saying you are most honored and appreciated, b
Versioning your REST API is analogous to the versioning of any other API. Minor changes can be done in place, major changes might require a whole new API. The easiest for you is to start from scratch every time, which is when putting the version in the URL makes most sense. If you want to make life easier for the client you try to maintain backwards compatibility, which you can do with deprecation (permanent redirect), resources in several versions etc. This is more fiddly and requires more effort. But it's also what REST encourages in "Cool URIs don't change".
